I lost my progress

If you've lost all or part of your progress, don’t worry! You may be able to restore your progress with a few simple steps.

First, try restoring your progress:

If restoring your progress through the Save Progress option doesn’t help, you’ll need to reach out to our support team for further assistance. When contacting support, please include your User ID so we can quickly locate your account and work on restoring your progress.
