Sometimes, items such as purchases, compensations, or gifts might not appear immediately due to system processing times or game-related issues. Don’t worry – we’re here to help ensure you receive them!
Steps to Check Your In-Game Deliveries

Close and Re-Launch the Game
- Ensure the game is fully closed.
- Open the game again and log in.

Check the In-Game Inbox
- Tap the mail icon at the top-right corner of the main screen.
- Your delivery, whether it’s a purchase, gift, or compensation, should appear there.
- Press "Claim" and the item should be delivered according to its natural behaviour (inventory, on your map etc.)
- Tap the mail icon at the top-right corner of the main screen.

Wait for Delivery
- Sometimes, it can take up to one working day for your items to appear in your in-game inbox.
What to Do If the Item Is Missing
If you still don’t see your item after following the steps above, please contact our Customer Support team. We'll check thoroughly and confirm if there have been any issues regarding delivery. Please make sure to add your user ID while filling out the contact form. How to find my User ID?
