How to make sure your purchase arrives smoothly

If something you bought did not show up, here are a few quick checks that can fix it.

For iOS

• Make sure your internet connection is steady and that you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the purchase.

• Restart the game and reboot your device to refresh the connection.

• Open the in-game settings and tap Restore Purchases. This can bring non-consumable purchases (currently only islands) back.

• Try not to close the game immediately after making a purchase.

For Android

If the item still has not arrived, reach out to us and include your Google Play Order ID (GPA number) so we can check it.
