Dear players,

We are aware of the issue regarding the “No Connection” issue since 20 December, Friday 14:30 GM+2. 

Update: The fix is already implemented and everything should get back to normal after restarting the game.

Update 2: We've also been made aware of issues regarding the Boat Race, we are looking into compensating any losses that occurred during downtime; please get in touch with us if your account was affected by this.

Update 3: We are currently in the process of preparing compensation for those who reported losses. The compensation will be issued soon. If you experienced any issues, please report it to us, and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.

Update 4: The compensation has been prepared and sent to players who reported losses. Please check your game inbox for the package.

  As soon as possible I still can't play my game. I have contacted you twice after the face you saying it's fixed. It's not. I can play every other game but this one so connect issues is on your end. Tells me to retry, contact support or leave game.
