    Thank you for your patience while we addressed the issue with collecting rewards from events. I’m happy to let you know that you will soon receive the rewards automatically at the end of each event.

    After the event ends, a popup will appear with an animation where the rewards fly to the golden bubble. Once you tap on the bubble or close the popup, the bubble will fly to the center of the map. You can tap on the bubble there to receive your rewards directly on the map.

    Additionally, we’re actively working to fix this issue to prevent it from happening in future events.
