How do I open up a new area? I’m at level 10, but the game doesn’t open up the “8th grade area”. What am I going to do so it can open up, and when does it?

There are two parameters, upon reaching which a new level will be opened. In order to unlock a part of the map, you need to reach the required level and get a special building. Looking at the locks above the forest, you can always see your current opening progression (the building lock near the level lock). A tap on the lock will give you some extra information about the requirements.
For example:Level 8: To access this level, you'll need to upgrade the Confectionery (Jam Factory) to its final stage. Once you do this, the locked forest area should open up for you. If you tap on the lock icon above the forest on the map, you’ll get detailed information about any additional requirements.
Level 9: This level requires you to upgrade Arthur’s House to its final form. To achieve this, you need to gather specific materials from the Wizard’s Tower. Make sure Arthur is available, and you have Lavender Tea prepared in the Confectionery to send him there. Once collected, these materials will allow you to advance further by unlocking Level 9.
