Hi everyone! We’re aware of the following issues some players are experiencing:
- Items not being received from Rinda’s boat deliveries in the new Llama Season [UPD: Fixed]
- A “No connection” pop-up caused by a server error [UPD: Fixed]
Our team is working to fix both ASAP. Compensation will be provided to all Star Merge players once the issues are resolved; there’s no need to contact Support if you’re affected. 💜

I have not received any rewards twice now on wizards tower. It does the 30 minute countdown then absolutely nothing.
I can’t do anything cuz I have to collect the Ancient item, I found it but I can’t get anything to react, i keep getting “ find the ancient object “ this is towards the beginning of the game.
